March'09 Holiday - Langkawi Island

continue with my previous post..
Date: 23 March Monday
Our flight to Langkawi 10:35am-11.35am so we have to wakeup around 6:00am and our van picked us at 7:30am..1hour to airport and aslo 1hour flight to Langkawi.
We stayed at Langkasuka Beach Resort - 3 rooms with package of 3 cars but change to Van... compact like SARDINE :) hehehe.. Our driver Hj Naning and our co-pilot Muizz, sibuk liat-liat map macam tourist ah... memang pun :)

We start jalan-jalan cari makan dulu...late lunch, buffet style so many variety of local foods (thought orang kawin heheheh..) then we pass-by a nice view of Royal Langkawi Yacht Club took some snap-snap..& click-clik..

drove on to Langkawi Cable Car...
At Oriental Village, Langkawi Geopark

At Langkawi Cable Car..Wowwwww macam tak pecayalah tingggiii....takuttt but sioklah great experience :) Its took 2.2km ride to the cliff of Mount Mat Cincang..BERANI Yoy.. on the way up you can see below green rainforest with surrounding bukit-bukau and waterfalls.

Once reached up the mountain...what!! a nice view...

After around 600metres, the cable car reached the First Station..

Thought this is the peak point but have to take another cable car to the highest peak of Mount Mat Cincang.

Jalan-jalan till nite..shopping..makan-makan..& lastly "surong keta" ;)
